Telehealth Capabilities

The doctors at Columbus Foot Care Associates can provide telehealth appointments.   Please perform the following to insure you are set up for telehealth with our doctors:

1. Contact the office to determine if you are eligible for telehealth.  Please confirm your cell phone number with the front desk.
   
   
2. 30 minutes prior to your appointment, you will receive a text message with a link to click at your appointment time.  Within 15 minutes prior to your appointment, you may click this link. Please fill in your vital signs as accurately and completely as possible.  You  are then “checked in,” and you will be connected to your provider shortly.
   ​
3. When your provider joins the appointment, you will be asked  to allow the use of your camera and microphone.  You must allow these by selecting “OK” in order for your visit to be successful.   You are now joined with your doctor via telehealth.
