Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)
PRP is a treatment using a concentrated portion of a person’s own blood to potentially help heal tendon, ligament, and soft tissue injuries. It can also help heal chronic diabetic foot and leg wounds. A blood sample is collected and processed to concentrate the platelets and growth factors. The concentrate is then injected into the area being treated. For wound care, it can be applied topically. No donor tissue is involved. Onyfix is a nail-correction system used to treat curved, deformed, and ingrown nails.
